The Winter Simulation Conference (WSC) is the premier international forum for disseminating recent advances in the field of system simulation. In addition to a technical program of unsurpassed scope and quality, WSC provides the central meeting place for simulation practitioners, researchers, and vendors working in all disciplines in industry, service, government, military, and academic sectors. The theme for WSC 2011 is Simulation for a Sustainable World.

WSC 2011 will be held in sunny Phoenix, Arizona, at the world-class Arizona Grand Resort, December 11–14, 2011. The only AAA Four-Diamond, all-suite hotel, the Arizona Grand is conveniently located just six miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on the doorstep of 17,000 acres of South Mountain Preserve, the largest municipal park in the world.  The resort is family friendly, with amenities including high speed internet access, three on-site restaurants, lobby grill and lounge,  a full service spa and salon, swimming pools, and golf course. All rooms are living room/bedroom suites with balcony.
